Snacc is operated by Issorite Technology ("Issorite", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The safety of children is a responsibility we take extremely seriously. This page sets out our Child Safety Standards and our approach to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") on Snacc. It applies to everyone who uses the Service.
Our zero-tolerance commitment
Snacc has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation and for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). Any content, conduct or account that sexualises, exploits, endangers or abuses a minor is strictly prohibited, is removed as soon as we become aware of it, results in a permanent ban, and is reported to the appropriate authorities.
Minimum age
Snacc is intended only for people aged 16 and over. We do not permit accounts for anyone under 16. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will disable it and delete the associated data.
What is prohibited
The following are never allowed on Snacc, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including real, drawn, AI-generated or otherwise synthetic imagery.
- Sexualising, or sexual commentary about, any person under 18.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to enable abuse or exploitation.
- Sextortion, or soliciting, sharing or threatening to share intimate images of a minor.
- Trafficking, sexual solicitation, or any attempt to arrange offline harm involving a minor.
- Sharing contact details or links intended to facilitate any of the above.
How we prevent and detect abuse
- We provide in-app tools to report content and accounts, and to block and hide users.
- Our team reviews reports and takes action, including immediate removal of violating content and permanent bans.
- We preserve relevant information where needed to support investigations and to comply with the law.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection authorities and report CSAE to the appropriate bodies.
How to report a child-safety concern
If you encounter content or behaviour that may endanger a child, report it immediately using the in-app report option on the post or profile, and contact us directly so we can act quickly.

Please include links or usernames and a brief description of the concern. Reports about children are prioritised.
What we do with reports
When we receive a credible report of CSAE, we remove the content, disable the accounts involved, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the relevant authorities and child-protection organisations. Where a child is in immediate danger, we encourage you to also contact your local law enforcement directly.
Legal compliance
We act in accordance with applicable Nigerian law, including the Child’s Rights Act, and cooperate with recognised international child-protection standards and organisations. We report CSAE to the appropriate authorities as required.
