The fastest way to report harmful content is with the in-app report option on any post or profile. You can also email our safety team at safety@snacc.fyi. For anything involving the safety of a child, please see our Child Safety Standards.
Privacy and data requests
To access, export or delete your data, use the options in Settings, or email privacy@snacc.fyi. See Data & Account Deletion for details.
Response times
We aim to respond to support requests within a few business days. Reports involving safety, and especially child safety, are prioritised and actioned as quickly as possible.
