sometimes i cook egusi just to eat it with rice
Rice and egusi is a normal meal in my house, something I grew up eating without thinking twice about it. But ever since I got to Minna, I’ve come across so many people who say they can never eat it. Some even go as far as asking, “What kind of weird combination is that?” 😭😂 Like, excuse me? Since when did rice and egusi become a strange food combination?
